In the last year alone, our team has provided over 904 Orange County and Riverside residents with information on the Keep Your Home California program, as well as no-cost assistance with the 9 available options to prevent and resolve foreclosure in their favor, . Here is a sampling of the stories and reviews we hear and receive on a daily basis…

It has been a great pleasure working with Robert. He kept my husband and I well informed and up to date with all procedures regarding our short sale of our home. I would gladly recommend his services to anyone in need of a hard working honest agent..no beating around the bush with him, thank you so  much for all you have done. Sincerely Debra and Alex Glover.

11/11/2017 – Michael R., San Clemente, CA

Provided Keep Your Home California information and followed-up with Michael for 3 months to ensure that nothing fell-through the cracks. Through providing Michael with information on self-filing for Bankruptcy Protection through Allied Bankruptcy online for $199, instead of paying an attorney $4,000, Michael was able to stop the scheduled auction on a questionable second mortgage that he was contesting.

10/12/2017 – Samuel & Margarita R., Anaheim, CA

Negotiated with Samuel & Margarita’s Reverse Mortgage Lender to rescind a Foreclosure Notice of Default that the lender had filed due to an occupancy certification letter that they hadn’t received from the couple. The couple was unaware that there was even a reverse mortgage on their home, and had suspicions that one of their children may have had them sign the original paperwork without their understanding what it was. Made a conference call with the lender and resolved the situation entirely in less than an hour.

09/07/2017 – Alberto G., Anaheim, CA

08/14/2017 – Grace T., Westminster, CA

Negotiated with Grace’s Reverse Mortgage Lender to rescind a Foreclosure Notice of Default that they filed due to an occupancy certification letter they hadn’t received from Grace. Grace is over 90 years old and has trouble reading some of the mail she receives. She didn’t know the lender was foreclosing on her home, and her house could have been sold at auction unbeknownst to her had Robert not intervened.  Her children live out of state and no one had been checking in on her to make sure everything was going alright and to help with matters like this.

… you swept in like a guardian angel when I didn’t even know I needed help yet. – Grace

Hi Robert,

Thank you again for helping us with our short sale. Before we chose First Team, we interviewed several real estate agents and even though we found you via the internet none came anywhere close to your qualifications and extensive experience with short sales. We also needed an extra level of assistance because we had moved out of State, couldn’t meet with you in person and we had a deadline to close before the end of year. The bottom line is we absolutely needed the most knowledgeable assistance we could find. We found you and your staff to be experts at navigating the often confusing and frustrating process of working with our lender to come to a final agreement. All of our questions were answered quickly and phone calls returned promptly. From what we can tell our short sale was completed in record time.

You guys basically moved heaven and earth to help us and for that we are extremely grateful!

Thanks again,

-Andy & CJ

FirstTeam’s top listing agent repeats honors

Santa Ana Orange County Register Sunday (Newspaper) – March 23, 1997

The evening gowns glittered, the tuxedos were subdued in understated style. A happy Robert Fraijo took the stage to accept the award of top listing agent, not only for his own office in Dana Point but for the entire FirstTeam organization. The occasion was First-team’s prestigious Hall of Fame awards banquet, held at the Ritz-Carlton
Laguna Niguel. In attendance were the star agents and brokers from all of FirstTeam’s offices throughout Orange County.

“Top listing agent is one of the most important awards we give,” said FirstTeam General Manager Bill Plattos. “This is the second year in a row Robert Fraijo has won — an indication of the persistent hard work and creative approach to real estate that characterize this outstanding professional.”

Creative and dedicated are good words to describe Robert, agreed Dana Point sales manager Mark Kojac.

“Robert is an excellent general agent. He’s taken an incredible 72 listings during 1996, and is an expert at finding and taking advantage of niches in the market. His strongest specialty is his unique ability to focus on solutions for homeowners in foreclosure and distress situations,” Kojac said. “He’s helped a lot of people out of some pretty difficult positions, and he’s been able to increase his business even in times when the market is in a downturn.”

“We can always be of service to our clients, and — when the market gets tough — so do we,” said Fraijo.

Overseeing the Foreclosure Department at the busy First-Team Dana Point office, Fraijo welcomes people experiencing problems with the current value of homes they’ve purchased. He has put together a staff of experts in the areas of foreclosures, REOs and distressed sales. Clients have learned that, if there is a solution of any kind to their real estate challenges, Fraijo and his people have the experience and knowledge to find it.

Team Fraijo has a mission statement that every member lives by every day that says, “We are committed to providing our clients with high-quality real estate developments and homes. We are fair, honest, courteous and professional. We are sensitive to our clients’ needs and dedicated to their satisfaction. We are committed to the long-term profitability of every project we undertake. Our objective is to build economic value to the highest level possible for our clients.”

Kojac added, “Robert is very clear on client service and customer satisfaction. He’s always ready to help others. He has high expectations of himself, typically setting goals that are seen as unachievable by others. He pursues his goals relentlessly and with a lot of hard work, no matter what the obstacles may be, until he achieves success.

“Fraijo has built his own organization on the company’s highly successful Power of Teamwork model. He has specialists who are responsible for processing and negotiating short payoffs, marketing and showing of homes, locating special financing options available for foreclosure properties, and special consultants on new accounts. His team has the same kind of synergy that FirstTeam as a whole has on a larger scale. He’s proof positive that the team concept works, and he’s absolutely the kind of person you want working for you.”

Award-winning superstar Fraijo is dedicated one-hundred percent to his family, his team and his clients.
